If information matters... How is it then possible that when on a roulette table 10 times black has fallen it would still not matter to pick a red or black number when we know that nature most ballance out the times that red or black need to fall at a 50/50 chance? (Forget the green 0, for a moment) Nature most recollect this fact as well, it can not let it happen that it keeps hitting a black number. I'ff we would say that it stay's at a 50/50 chance, why does 20 times hitting black in a row is then way more rare and how does nature keep this in ballance, when it is alway's a 50/50 chance at a new ball swing.

    • @yellowstone2ndtrumpet304

Immagine this... We are all at a roulette table and we watched the ball fall 10 times on black in a row. We would all say wow... Thats a incredible long serie of black, that will not happen often! Then red fall's, 2 times black, red again 3 times, 3 times black, 1 more time red... Now i make the remark, there is a chance that we will see a 10 times black again.... I think all people would say, "i do not think so". We would say based on the info of the past, this chance is smaller... Why? I think because nature is at least 10 times red in a row in debt, excluding the times that the (1 x red, 2 x black, 3 x red, 3 x black, 1 x red, where nature has a 50/50 ballance already.) Its not impossible that 10 times black comes again, but nature is a 10 times red in debt, as at the start we would say that a row of 10 times red or black to fall is at a 50/50 chance and that chance most now be impossible based on the past.

@@yellowstone2ndtrumpet304 "How is it then possible that when on a roulette table 10 times black has fallen it would still not matter..." For the same reasons you haven't understood the Monty Hall Problem after having it explained to you dozens of times before.

@@klaus7443 ehhhh... This are 2 total differend things. Actualy the Monty Hall problem say's something about the 10 times black in a row... That the chance that a 10 times red in a row most fall more easy, then a 10 times black again. Its far from a 50/50 chance, as we would think.

Just another example of why the WAIS or Stanford-Binet is a one dimensional test for intelligence. There are people who cannot solve simple addition and subtraction problems, but can tell you the exact frequency when played on a specific key of a piano, yet, these individuals are sometimes deemed "talented". If an individual is great at mathematics and the rudiments of other sciences, does it become arbitrary, if the understanding of how the link of obesity and blood pressure, lead to early death are missed? I personally know, two true geniuses according to the WAIS, one is a mensa member. The individual who happens to be a member of mensa, is a close friend who found school trivial, didn't bathe regularly, struggled with basic day to day activities, and was often outcast-ed sadly. I often wondered, how he could score perfect on a test like the asvab, or the SAT without even cracking a book on the test, or studying at all, and he often wondered why I could make spaghetti bolognese, without needing a recpie, and no matter how many times he tried, he couldn't make his better than mine, even with my recipe. So with that being said, how do we really define genius?? Because in my honest humble opinion, we are close, but the metrics are lopsided, and don't account for natural talent, but focus on memorization. Bjork has perfect pitch, yet she isnt considered a genius in the normal sense of the word. How many people can sit down at a piano, and know if the A is at 440hz, or 443hz? my guess is very few.

One critique of this video is that just because someone’s a genius, dosen’t mean they will be succesful. Look at celebrities, presidents etc. many, not all, but many are dumb as a doorbell. The reality is that multiple forms of intelligence don’t exist. And that on average the more intelligent you are the less socially skilled you are, which this video happens to demonstrate.

    • @seabreeze9743

I just want to add that i’m not saying that there’s anything wrong with socially skilled dumb people, to me what I value is stregnth whether it be intelligence, or charisma, or whatever form of it.

Sounds to me like he was an autistic savant. My hope is that some day we all realize we’re here together for a reason, and we live each day asking ourselves what we can do to lift everyone we encounter. I’ve learned more from “odd” people than the hundreds of those labeled “normal” and if you think about it…what is normal? Who decided? Love everyone. Someone very wise said that over 2,000 years ago, even as he was being hung on a cross.

Was will er?

Overrated and overpaid. Way behind in AI. No SP appreciation in over 2 years. Some segments continue to deteriorate. AI is supposed to make up the shortfall, but that won't increase the SP. Sometimes a company needs a vocal CEO like Nvidia not a CEO that pumps but doesn't deliver, quarter after quarter.
